Frequently asked questions and answers
Our popcorn and snacks are produced in our own factory in Lidköping. By producing everything ourselves, we ensure consistent, high quality in every delivery.
The full list of ingredients and allergen information can always be found on the packaging and in the product sheet for each product on our website.

- Our bags are sorted as plastic
- Our cotton candy cans are sorted as plastic and the aluminum leaf as metal
- Our popcorn seasonings are sorted as paper
Complaints must be made on the day of receipt of the delivery and sent to popcorn@sundlings.se.
To make it easier for us to help you, the complaint needs to include:
- Photo of the pallet before unpacking, so that damage to the pallet/packaging is visible
- Photo on the shipping label/address label attached to the plastic
- Photos of the damaged box(es)/product(s).
The answer is no. Our bacon snacks are made from wheat and are seasoned with a bbq seasoning.
Our popcorn is popped in 100% coconut oil. Our snacks are made in 100% sunflower oil
The golden color comes from beta-carotene and the butter aroma added to the oil during popping. This gives the popcorn its characteristic color and familiar taste – without using real butter.
Butter flavoring contains acetoin, a substance that occurs naturally in butter and honey, among others.
We receive many requests and although we would like to contribute, we are not always able to. Please send your request to us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

The order deadline is 11.00.
Orders received before then will leave our warehouse the next working day.
Delivery normally takes place within 1-2 working days, depending on where in the country you are.
Outside Sweden, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been picked and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. The email will be sent to the email address provided as the delivery address in the order.
Please note that this email is sent separately from the order confirmation. In some cases, the order confirmation and delivery notification may be sent to different email addresses.
If you use the PostNord app and have it linked to your mobile number or email address, the delivery can show up there for easy tracking.
This applies whether you ordered as a private individual or a business.
