The GDPR aims to ensure that all EU countries have the same data protection laws and to give citizens more control over how and when their data is used.
DATA CONTROLLER

Sundlings is therefore responsible for ensuring that all processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable legislation, including the EU Data Protection Regulation.
AIMS
Personal data that you provide to Sundlings, directly or indirectly, is processed by us for the purpose of administering and fulfilling our commitment to you as a customer. For example, to be able to deliver and invoice an ordered product to a specific address. Therefore, the purpose is to be able to give you as a possible returning customer authorization to log in to our web shop and enable us to maintain correct contact information.
The personal data may also be used as a basis for market and customer analysis, and for marketing new products and services.
COLLECTION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Personal data is primarily provided directly by you as a customer when you make a purchase in our web shop. We may also collect information from third parties.
In order for Sundlings to fulfill its obligations to you, your personal data may sometimes be disclosed to, or be available to, companies with which we cooperate. Examples of this are the provider of web services and the carrier of goods. Where applicable, we enter into agency agreements to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law. In some cases, Sundlings is also required by law to provide information to Swedish authorities.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Personal data that you provide to us and that we process may include your name, address, social security number, mobile and telephone number and e-mail address.
When you make a purchase at Sundlings, we will also process information about the purchase and your purchase history. When you use our site, your user account or social media, we will also process personal data such as information about your IP address, operating system and what items you visited or put in our shopping cart.
Examples of personal data we collect from third parties include personal and contact information, payment information, behavioral information and geographical positioning when visiting our websites.
On our websites, we use cookies in order to see how the website is used and to customize the website for your use. Cookies cannot access, read, or in any way alter any other data on your computer. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you wish, it is possible to block cookies, either all or only from specific websites.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA
We intend to process your personal data within the EU/EEA but it may exceptionally be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the EU/EEA by another supplier or subcontractor. We will then take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an appropriate level of protection comparable to and at the same level as the protection offered within the EU/EEA.
SAMTYCKE
Where required or otherwise appropriate, Sundlings will obtain consent from you before processing personal data. You consent by actively agreeing to the collection of personal data in our webshop.
STORAGE
Personal data are only kept for as long as there is a need to keep them in order to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected. Thus, the data is deleted when, for example, a customer relationship has ended. However, the data may need to be kept for a longer period for other purposes, such as accounting purposes.
THE CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS
Individuals have the right to be informed, free of charge, once per calendar year about what personal data Sundlings processes about them. Requests for such register extracts must be made in writing and be signed by the applicant and contain information about name and social security number. The register extract will then be sent to the registered address. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases where they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and where there are no legal obligations that prevent the data from being deleted.
