www.sundlings.se is provided by Sundlings Sverige AB with Org. No. 556345-3561, hereinafter referred to as Sundlings. Information and images on the website are owned by Sundlings or partners and may not be copied without permission.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of Swedish VAT, currently 12% on food and 25% on other products. The shopping cart will show the total price including VAT and additional shipping costs.

Payment

Payment is made by selected card payment at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners. Card payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your payment card will be debited directly.

Shipping & shipping methods

A shipping cost of SEK 85 is added to all orders. We deliver your item with PostNord, MyPack Collect, which means that the customer picks up the package from their postal agent.

Deliveries

Orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 a.m. are processed the next working day and are normally delivered within 2 – 3 days. Delivery is made to the nearest postal agent.

Orders can be picked up on site the following weekday at our warehouse (Godsmottagning – Jungmansgatan 16), weekdays between 07.00-16.00 (lunch closed 12-13).

Damaged goods and complaints

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or faulty. Should the goods prove to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email to popcorn@sundlings.se for further instructions.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product can be returned in its original packaging and is in substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the packaging and try the product, but it must not be used beyond this. However, you do not have the right to return a broken food package or to cancel a purchase of an order totaling less than SEK 400. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Obligation to repay

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Sundlings must refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when the goods are returned. See also the Swedish Consumer Agency or the Distance Selling Act.

Complaints

Sundlings applies the Consumer Sales Act when making complaints. This means that you have the right to complain about a faulty or broken product within three years of purchase. If, at the time of collection, you discover that the package has visible defects that may have affected the condition of the ordered item, we ask you not to redeem it. Instead, make a complaint directly to PostNord and ask the delivery point to send the package back to Sundlings and write the reason for return on the package. Then email popcorn@sundlings.se and inform about the complaint.

Privacy, security & personal data

In connection with your order, you agree that Sundlings stores and uses your information. We do this in order to fulfill our commitments to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to provide the service you expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you on request, once a year. Cookies

A cookie is a text file sent from a website to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used, for example, to store login information or your shopping cart when you browse different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of disease or other extent beyond the control of the party that prevents the party from fulfilling its obligations and relieves the party from this. Such relief is subject to the condition that the activity cannot be carried out under these conditions either. The other Party shall be notified immediately of any circumstances that may apply this provision

Changing the terms of the contract

After the customer has made a purchase, Sundlings is not entitled to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed.

If you as a customer have any complaints about the delivered order, this can be submitted to popcorn@sundlings.se

Disputes & laws

Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Disputes regarding purchases under these terms and conditions shall be heard exclusively by the Swedish general court.
